03:49 🔗 dashcloud I'm sure most of you have seen recaptcha (type the two words in that are sometimes impossible to read)- someone's made a fake one here that lets you make your own captchas: http://fakecaptcha.com/
04:41 🔗 yipdw huh, I just realized that today's CPUs have transistors that are smaller than most viruses
04:42 🔗 yipdw or at least Intel's Ivy Bridge and up do
07:11 🔗 Coderjoe perhaps viruses are made of transistors?
07:12 🔗 Coderjoe has anyone else ever gone to the recaptcha site and answer the example captcha just for the hell of it?

20:01 🔗 Coderjoe ivan`: while the rain wouldn't have helped, the main contributor to the failure would have been the sun. I have some burned CDs I left in my car in those windowed paper CD sleaves. After a warm summer, I noticed the label side had yellowed where the window was. I don't remember if there was visible damage to the data side, but it wouldn't surprise me. (I don't think they were playable, either)
