And there was a 31c3 talk last night about improving open-source tools [19:38] but that work is still hugely dependent on human effort in the transcription, they were more talking about automatically formatting and timing after that. [19:39] Timing is easy (even if done manually), it's the transcription itself that is the pain point. [19:40] But it's too important not to do.
