arkiver: I suppose that remoteIp field can be redacted with a pretty simple regex. no we won't be doing that archived data in WARCs should never be edited in any way fair enough :-) Anyone got any tips on how to play a Truncated MP4 ? vlc, mplayer, or ffmpeg/libav arkiver: I’m dumping user profiles right now and will upload everything afterwards. I’ve got API dump for all communities, posts and comments so far. Not usable by the Wayback Machine though, just the raw data. arkiver: Post URLs discovered: https://6xq.net/paste/post-urls.txt Full dump: https://archive.org/details/imzy-api-2017-05-26 hey, random question - anyone want to accept a PC game from Amazon, rip an ISO for me and then send it off to the Internet Archive? I guess the API dump doesn't include images that were uploaded to Imzy, but the page grabs will? Images are hosted in S3 but served through Imgix, which can do on-the-fly resizing based on URL parameters. Stripping those params would get you the largest size. Domains include images.imzy.com, imzy-default.imgix.net, gif.imzy.com, and imzy-gif.imgix.net if you want to harvest those from comments, post images, avatar images, etc. I also discovered the actual S3 bucket they're served from, but I don't think that particularly changes anything for archiving. Nope, no images, timmc. https://petertodd.org/2017/carbon-dating-the-internet-archive-with-opentimestamps kanzure: that's a lovely effort! FYI SPUF scripts are updated, if you're not following #outofsteam Haven't seen this mentioned here, but Jason is tweeting about a Swiss computer museum that needs emergency donations to store their collection while they find a new home: http://go.bolo.ch/en/ huh, how do I put stuff in the "abandonware" (or similar) and not "open source" software category on archive.org for items I upload?
