the word "project" is the one I got tripped up on as it is a bit ambiguous. In that project could refer to the entirety of urlte.am or a particular shortener. |

What about xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx has pending claims in all shorteners. Check that your client is up to date, you're running at most 1 client per shorteners then contact the tracker administrator to release any pending claims. |
