yeah, the working dvd reader bit is most definitely the bigger issue then. I am mostly thinking about maximizing the number of working copies of a given physical backup set for as long as possible. If I burn a thousand DVDs now, will they *all* be readable in 50 years? probably not all of them. will there be a working dvd reader in 50 years? probably. I figure choosing good media will help |
