is anyone else having gpodder podcasts downloads go very very slowly, less than 10kbps? ive filed a bug wih no solution, yes i have a good Internet connection, no nothing else is running, sucking up bandwidth. ive tried the newest version in a vm, it runs beautifully, 800kbps avg, but i would prefer not to reinstall the whole system ( ubuntu lucid 10.04) just to fix this |

bsmith093: Is there anything in iotop that's sucking up disk access? I've had problems with the journaller before (jbd2/<device>) absolutely hosing everything for the better part of a day before, though on different versions than you run. |
