You were asking for a WARC *viewer*. pywb does playback of WARCs pretty well. |

WARC creation is just a matter of making the right requests. wpull does a decent job of that, but if you're trying to archive websites which make heavy use of JavaScript, you won't get around using a browser with a WARC-writing proxy. |
