I've been trying for several hours to get these old ARM7TDMI-S datasheet files. I can only get two chapters online from some sites, but all the other chapters seems to be quite hard to reach. Unfortunately these PDFs were not archived 20 years ago. |

X-Scale: documentation locating is one of my specialties. Will see what I can do but it's doubtful I can do much better. also, wrong IRC channel maybe. |

Stiletto: oh, thank you ! If it helps, here is one of the two chapters that's still online in another website: http://jcwren.com/arm/packages/ARM7TDMI-S.pdf |

Stiletto: is there a proper channel for this kind of challenge ? |

#archiveteam-ot might work better than #internetarchive on EFNet. Search-challenges specifically, IDK. If it's an emulator-related hunt, you know you can always find me at the #mame / #mame-dev channels on Freenode ;) |

BTW ARM7TDMI-S technical reference manual here: https://static.docs.arm.com/ddi0084/f/DDI0084.pdf / https://developer.arm.com/docs/ddi0084/f |

this claims ddi0084d vs ddi0084f is just a revision number, so the ARM7TDMI-S Technical Reference Manual may be what you want |

Thanks for the info, Stiletto. But I was looking for the older D revision, just like the old E revision of ARM7TDMI (not -S of synthetizable) is still online: https://web.archive.org/web/19980513011751/http://www.arm.com/Documentation/UserMans/PDF/ARM7TDMI.html |

unfortunately this is the sort of thing that might be solved quickly if IA supported a Wayback search by filename or by keyword, but it doesn't (yet?) |

Indeed. I'm pretty sure it's archived somewhere in IA. |

anyhow let's take this chatter elsewhere, this channel is more for chatter about IA issues but isn't directly affiliated either |
