[03:22] <balrog> so this is likely known, but it seems the PCE.js default boot image for the archive.org Mac emulator uses a UK build of the OS, which sticks a \ to the left of z and offsets the entire key row :/

[04:02] <db48x> I figured the keyboard type was stored in the PRAM, but changing the setting and then copying the PRAM image out of the in-memory filesystem and uploading it back to IA didn't work

[04:09] <balrog> and yeah, back then writing to the System file was a thing.
